The Data Extension tab in the Target screen provides multiple options for managing your Data Extensions including options to add/update more records or delete records.


Please note: To try out the feature, click the full screen icon in the tutorial.

The first step is to open <span class=""><i><b>Target</b></i></span>&nbsp;and click <span class=""><i><b>Data extensions</b></i></span>

Click the&nbsp;<b><i>Data Extension</i></b> name

To delete one or more records, click the&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Checkboxes&nbsp;</b></i>next to each&nbsp;<b><i>Record.</i></b><i></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Delete Records</b></i></span>

Click <span><i><b>Yes&nbsp;</b></i>to confirm<i><b></b></i></span>

There are two other actions you can perform on Data Extensions. To access them, Click <span class=""><i><b>Select an Action</b></i></span>

The first is an option to <b><i>Upload additional records</i></b><i></i>&nbsp;by providing a .csv file.

The other option allows you to clear all records from your Data extension by clicking <b><i>Clear data</i></b>

Click <span><i><b>Yes&nbsp;</b></i>to confirm</span>

Finally, if you no longer need your Data extension, you can remove it entirely by, clicking&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Delete</b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b>Yes&nbsp;</b></i>to confirm</span>

That's it. You're done.
